- Placing an order through Root Source is simple as can be:
- Go to the shop/category and basket the products you need purchase.
- Navigate to your cart and click “check out” after making sure the cart is filled with everything you need.
- Place your order information and click “place order” button. Our team will pack your order and deliver it at your doorstep.
We always aim to deliver orders in the shortest time frame. Our standard Delivery time is with in 1 hour of its placement time.

Yes, we have made up some delivery charges on minimum spending limit. Only 100 Rs. Delivery charges shall apply for orders below 1000 Rs.
Yes, we deliver in a specific range of time from 9:00 AM till 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday and 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm, only on Sunday.
Yes, you can place an order any day, anytime. But if order is not placed in our delivery service hours, you order shall be delivered very next day in service hours.
Note: If there is an exception and service is unavailable, it shall be announced on the website.
We highly make sure to get you the orders in the safest packaging and without any issues, but in case you are not satisfied any of our received products, simply contact with our support Team through helpline and they will help you for a return/replacement.
Note: Returns and exchanges are only possible within 24 hours of delivery, please keep the product with you unless asked otherwise.
For all perishable products, you have up to 2 hours after delivery to reach us and inform us regarding any defective issue or other concerns. Root Source may require the product to be returned before moving any further.
We do not want this with anyone to happen but perfection does not exist. In such situation (very rarely), we may take orders for a specific product but the right quality product may not be available.
In that case, you shall be notify well ahead of time. And you shall only be charged for the products that are delivered to you.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of its placement as our delivery time is within 1 hour.
